saved thousands by finding out many issues we just
didn’t see. The seller and the bank had said they
were at their lowest possible position. Mr. Haynes
did a cost estimate of the inspection and showed
more than $30,000 of items that would require
repair. His Cost Estimate was more than 30 pages
long with pictures and detailed cost estimates.
After seeing his report, the seller and bank agreed
to reduce the sales price an additional $
3,750.00 We would defiantly use Gordy Haynes on the
